About Brian Linc Architect, LLC
Brian received his master’s degree in architecture from Kent State University in 2006 and got his start working for local architecture firms in the Akron/Canton area. In 2013, he found his niche in building enclosure performance and design working for a consulting firm in Willoughby, OH. As a result, he has extensive experience in design consultation, construction quality observations, and building enclosure performance testing.
Brian started Brian Linc, Architect, LLC in 2014 after receiving requests to provide architectural design documents for a few small local commercial projects and custom homes in northeast Ohio. Since then, the business has grown and has begun teaming with design/build companies that require design assistance in the development of construction and permit drawings.
Brian Continues to live in North Canton, Ohio. He enjoys playing hockey and spending time with his wife and five children.
TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION
Brian uses the latest computer aided drafting software to provide design documents. Brian also has the ability to provide 3D renderings of residential interior conditions to assist clients during the design process.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Brian is licensed to practice architecture in 17 states. He is a Registered Roof Consultant and Roof Observer with the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants and a Certified Infrared Thermographer. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional with a focus on Building Construction and Design and member of the American Institute of Architects.
